We wish to show the whole story and exposes the truth and this person who has been doing this to others for far to long now, Dale Waterman MUST be stopped.

Kenya's story... ( This letter I sent to the Police in CT on September 15 2004)

This lady called to buy her advertised on my website for sale, I was asking 5000.00 since she has 4 championships, multi excellent ratings and so much more, she had produced champions and is one of the most titled females in the breed history.

This woman Dale spoke like she has loved this dog for years now watching her online and dreamed to own such a dog, now she could not pay what I wanted.

She asked to come down and visit to Canada to buy Kenya, I said sure.

Dale came on August 14 2004 by herself , we talked for hours, she then asked if she could be her new home and I said sure. We filled out the contract that I had already wrote up as I thought we were going for 2500.00us plus 1 puppy as agreed to on the phone in previous talks.

She informed me at my home that was to much for her at this time, I said then what do you think you can afford ? Dale said 1000.00 I thought about it and then she offered 1000.00 and 2 pick pups.

I agreed and we did the contract I added the extra pup with her watching and knowing this prior to signing. We signed the contract.

I gave her and myself a copy.

She also has copies of all Kenya important documents.

She then informed as she was about the leave she brought no money as she traveled alone, I thought that's ok. She said she would send the money when she returned to the usa.

Time went by I emailed her and she played dumb to any money being agreed upon, I will attach the emails.

Then she said ok I will pay the money but I need until September, I again said ok.

September came and again no money only excuses. I asked for the dog to be returned COD or I would arrange a pick up on HER TIME when it was convient for her. She said ok fine.

Then calls me back about 20mins later the same day and told me I have no leg to stand on and she was keeping the dog and I would get nothing and hung up in my ear.

However he tells some people she paid me, others their was no money involved just pups. I tried many many times to resolve this with her to either pay or send Kenya back but she will not listen and only curses at me and laughs that I will get nothing ha-ha.

She has now started to slander me through out the cane corso world and does so under false names, I also found out she is well known for this kind of unethical behavior in other breeds.

I only want me dog back and wish to have no future talks or contact with this woman Dale Waterman.

As of September 15 2004 many things have changed for the worse , The police along side with someone from the animal welfare services went to visit Dale Waterman at her home, where she houses, pit bulls, Dogue de Bordeaux's and Cane Corso's in a residential area with by-laws and a yard full of chickens free ranging? Dale came out with a story that she sold the dog and now only co owns her, she also foolishly produced a contract with my signature forged and claimed it to be the original. She is very well known by locals as often sells puppies from her lawn from dogs she has no breeding rights or papers on. Dale was also found forging litter registrations on Dogue De Bourdeaux Puppies we are looking deeper into this at this time.

The local police in CT and in Ontario are going to work hard with some others to bring this some Justice, not just for Kenya's sake and safety but also for the sake of and other dog or breeders who crosses her path. The local Animal Welfare agency sadly did see Kenya on the day prior to the police meeting up with Dale Waterman, Kenya was in a small dirty kennel thin and with flies all around:(

A kennel the one place where Kenya was never to be, this is why I allowed her to leave at such a lesser price and why I felt parting with Kenya would be in Kenya's best interest. I felt I was to busy to offer her what she was used to a couch to sleep on 24/7 no kennels or crates and this woman Dale offered those things for her, Dale PROMISED those things to Kenya and myself. I know feel terrible that Kenya lives in this type of place something she has never been subjected to in her life. Kenya has always been Queen Kenya in our home.

So many things have been un covered that would of never been thought, It turns out Dale has been telling breeders for well over a year at least now that she is a dog groomer and turns out that NO SHE IS NOT, she is a waitress. This woman is clearly becoming known to us all as a compulsive liar. I am convinced that she even believes her own lies since she has been at this a very long time.

Dale Waterman will never get away with theft, fraud, and forgery as I will promise Kenya I will put every ounce of energy I have into getting her safe and sound and away from this back yard breeder who we breeders all fear will just may sell a dog to one day. I can tell you all out there that I have never been in my life so bs'd and I have never had someone in my home, in my face lie and cry with joy over anything like I have experienced with Dale Waterman.

I promise to make an example of her from this. She has finally met her match and her time has come to face the law.

I know all about this woman. I live in CT and has witnessed her antics. She breed the shit out of pit bulls a few years back, it was horrible. There was defective pits all over the place. She also got all her dogs taken away because they were in her basement starving so she moved to another town so she could have more... she got into Dogue de Bordeaux's and American Bulldogs and now Corso's.. She is a rotten person and just wants to make money. Just recently had a litter of bordeaux puppies also..

Also turns out she had a lawyer draft up a letter in regards to my website and she showed him her false documents and lied again through her teeth. Well i hope to god she attempts to sue me for this as I WILL WIN AND MAKE AN EXAMPLE OUT OF HER. She will be counter sued and also charged for THEFT, SLANDER, LIEBEL, FRAUD, FORGING A NAME ON A LEGAL DOCUMENT, ANIMAL ABUSE, ANIMAL NEGLECT, AND I AM SURE SHE WILL PURGER HERSELF ON THE STAND SINCE SHE DOES TO POLICE OFFICERS AND LAWYERS. I will have more emails to go through and post on this site. I also have some other things on the go and will report them ALL here as they happen. Turns out this Dale is a real winner! We will no longer be updating this page until all things are finalized in court and then we will post what Dale gets charged with and her sentence/fines. Also we will post any proven finding from the CT authorities as they are working on our side to get Kenya out of there.
